You'll also receive a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit. Once you electronically sign the contract and pay, the project will begin! (I accept Paypal, Zelle, Cashapp, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.)
To begin our journey together, I'll need one more thing from you, a Mood Board! You'll send me a collage of images that fit the aesthetic of your ideal brand so that I have an idea while I'm brainstorming designs.
Please Note: a 50% Deposit is Required to Start; the Rest is Due after the Project is Completed
Now with the mood board on board; we will move on to the logos, color palettes, and fonts; My favorite part!
I'll work your main logo first. (Please see the Package section to understand what comes with the logo suite) I'll present 3 main logos for you to choose from. Select the one you like the most. If you want to make changes to it, I'll design another 3 until we're ready to move on. Next, I'll present the winning logo in 2 versions, all black and all white. If you're satisfied with both version, we will move on, if not, I will make changes until we're ready to move on. Then, I'll continue this process for the other two logos. I won't design the next logo until I receive feedback for the main and everything is good to go!
Please Note: You're Allowed up to 3 Revisions for Each Logo.
Now, we'll work on materials of your choosing. They're marketing items to help promote your business. Ex. Business cards, envelopes, etc. (See image below to see specific items I offer)
Once again, I'll create 3 concepts of each material and you'll have the opportunity to suggest changes one after another.
Again, You're Allowed up to 3 Revisions for Each Item.
Lastly, you'll get 5 story highlight covers for your Instagram or Facebook.
You'll be presented with 3 concepts of the full 5 covers, instead of one cover at a time.
Please note: You'll allowed up to 3 Revisions for each concept, not cover.
Now that everything has been revised and approved, you'll receive a brand-style guide so that you'll have it all in one place. The guide will include information on the best way to use your designs, the file types to use, your tone of voice, brand personality, and more. We'll go over the guide together on a zoom call. (I won't be able to complete this step in text or call, but you do not have to show your face or talk if you're not comfortable) Enjoy and thanks for flocking with me!

In the guide, I'll explain the uses of the files I sent you and what format to use given the circumstances, like using the PDF file for printing out designs. I'll also give you other color palettes that will work for your brand, the recommended tone of voice to use when marketing your brand, the best ways to use your logos and more. I know it's a lot of information but it will be easy to follow, it will even come with a table of contents!
After I send you your design files, I'll go over the guide with you. There, you can share any concerns you have and I'll explain my suggestions to better your understanding.

About
Hi, my name's Edyline Espaillat and I create dreams for people through branding. Designing was something I've wanted to do ever since I was seven years old. The only thing is, I didn't know what it was during that time. But I used to love taking the train with my mom and observing all the advertisements around me and wondering how they were able to make them. It blew my mind and I remember wanting to learn how to make crazy pictures for companies one day. I didn't learn what it was until I was 13 when I had to complete a project for my algebra class on money. I had to choose a career I was interested in, calculate how much I would earn per year and manage my monthly living expenses. Naturally, I founded this career and fell in love with it ever since.
What made me want to specialize in branding was when I went to college and I had a project in which I had to design my brand. I loved the process and that's when I knew I wanted to do this for other creative people. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Media Arts at Southern New Hampshire University in 2017; ever since then, I have been helping people like you achieve their dreams to the fullest capacity. Nothing brings me more joy than to hear or read how happy my clients are with my designs, there's no other feeling in the world. In the future, I'd like to try motion graphics because it looks fun and challenging. So stay tuned for that! When I'm not designing, I like to sing karaoke. I even bought a karaoke microphone and a professional one within the same year. I also love to DIY everything I own. And if you haven't noticed already, I really love birds!
